Wow! I didn’t realize that my article could take place as the cover story in the Monthly Bulletin of the Institute of Engineers, Malaysia. I knew my article entitled “Satellite Communications: International and National Regulatory Framework” was to be published in the September issue, but I didn’t know that it would be out as the cover story.
I am proud of myself! *pat on the back* ;)
