Leave no stone unturned...

... if you want to clean the clutter of toys in the house!

Found these cars ploughing though the snow in my freezer!

One car was even parked properly in its parking lot (box of an ice tray)!

He beat me to it!

The boys and I worked on Mother's Day crafts.. using stones. A different theme each year *wink*

Started of with the Mother's Day message for the ladies in the house...
Some with flower and butterfly, some other with smiley face :)

Went on to create a special Mother's Day message for small Ammachi *wink*

The art work got grander and grander.. finishing with the Mother's Day rock for ammachi.
Thytus liked the message on the stone.. Hmmm, that means...
So, all the time we were working on the stone, apps was watching. Little did I realize that I would have a Mother's Day rock for myself!

When I had stepped away, he worked with my art and craft supplies to create this beautiful rock! He explained using all of my ladybird supplies, that they all represent the boys and him :) Hahaha.. couldn't be mad with him for using my precious art and craft supplies.. since he sat down to create something for me :)

From the man himself.. love it!

My lil' explorers

On the first day of Chinese New Year, we brought the boys to the National Science Centre. The boys have been looking forward to visiting the place as I have told them that there is a dinasour exhibition there.

The boys were excited with the science booths and machines that they could get their hands on!

Boys checking out the science booths

The boys were in awe when they say the huge dinosaurs! They didn't expect them to look so real.. The dinos even moved and had sound effects!

The boys loved the huge dinosours at the exhibition!

Check out the boys painting of the dinosaurs at d'Champion, d'Presiden and d'Prinz.

On Saturday, we took the boys to i-City. They loved the bright colourful lights. They also had a chance to watch an acrobatic show, performed by some children. The boys were stunned with their performance! Glad teh boys had a chance to watch this shows.. as it is their first!

Treasuring those moments

When the mood is right...
They share their toys,
They feed each other,
They give each other a hug,
They say good night to each other,
They explain how to play a toy,
They tell a story to the other,
... and the list goes on.

When they are in bad times...
They don’t like sharing,
They get irritated with each other,
They give each other a push,
They shout at each other,
They ignore each other,
... and the list goes on.

They are two types of wind.. I myself don’t know when the winds change. Whatever it is, I just want to treasure those moments!

Memoirs of 2006

2006 seemed to have passed in a blink of an eye!

It has been 15 months since I started blogging, but I feel like I just started yesterday! Somehow, I feel blogging has made me not realize the days passing by so fast...

Nevertheless, I look back at this year with lots of beautiful memories. Countless!

In our 2006 memoirs...

. Family trip to Lumut . Champion's 2nd birthday . Lil' President's 1st birthday . Amms trip to Shanghai, China . Family outing to Port Dickson . Train ride with the family . Amms birthday celebration in Genting . Birthday invites .

The 2005 memoirs captures family outings, kidz at play and other cuties.

Hmmm, seems to me that the memoirs of 2006 for me is all about the both of you!

Sourish sweet

Champion started loving strawberries since he was 17 months old. We found it amusing that he loved the fruit so much, compared to any fruit, because most of the time, the strawberries are sour than sweet. Sometimes, even if we felt it was too sour, but he wouldn't mind.

He usually doesn't move around until he finishes his bowl of strawberries.

Looking at Champion eating strawberries, the next thing lil' President would ask for is strawberries.

We were amused by lil' President's facial expression on every bite of his strawberry.

Crunch, Munch, Munch!!!

Apps was sharing a pear with lil' President, giving him small bites.

It was not enough for him. He demanded for more. Lil' President gave big bounces on apps arms, a big wail and apps had to give in. Hmmm, my little boy can really demand ;P

Although the pear was a bit too big for his little fingers to hold, he managed quite well. I just had to admire the way he was enjoying his pear :P

Who put you in?

We only had turned our heads away from him for a few seconds, and when we looked back, he was already sitting IN the basket, and was playing with his toys from in there!

We were wondering how did he get in there?
But, we were not suprised of what happened after that!

To inflate, or deflate?

I was trying to inflate the baby gym, when Champion comes and goes, "I do, I do!"

So I let him try the air pump. I helped him by holding the bottom of the air pump so that it doesn’t move while he concentrates on pumping. He is quite strong. It’s actually quite tough to use the pump, for a kid. It can be tiring too.

"Phew! This is all I can do. Why it is not inflated? Why is it deflated instead?" That’s what he seemed to be telling me.. (picture on the right).

Apparently, Champion was too slow pumping the air in, and the air took its opportunity to sneak out!

When apps came back, he taught Champion how to pump like a big boy!

Huff! Puff! Huff! Puff!

Got too tired of standing and doing it, Champion continued while sitting down. And of course, that means he couldn’t use his feet to hold the pump down :P

Picture speaks

Champion ...
"Thambhi, come back and sit with me!"

President ...
"Anna, let me go! I wanna play."

That's what I felt they were communicating with each other :P

By the way, Champion is calling lil President 'thambhi' clearly now, compared to 'ammi' few months back.

The moon sees me
God bless the moon,
And God bless me.
