Yoga, for me!

I recently suffered tensed muscles around my neck and shoulder. It was really painful. Apps said that I lack exercise. He then brought me a yoga exercise manual. Hmmm, it looked easy, and was tempted to try it out. So, this morning, instead of the normal exercise (cycling), I tried yoga! It felt good.

I read, "Yoga can ease tense muscles, improve flexibility and enhance strength, balance and endurance". Hmmm, that’s what I really need now.

Before this, I though yoga was not for me. I always thought that it was tough. Now, I think it is the most appropriate form of exercise for me (apart from the routine exercise I do). Driving a long distance to and fro to work, sitting at my desk the whole day, etc… all that is contributing to a strained body.

Yoga... here I come!

Hey, welcome to the world of Yoga. I am a Yoga lover. I practice Yoga regularly, find it extremely relax. It relaxes my muscle and increases flexibility.

I used to have backache after delivering bb. Now, can hardly feel it. :P

sfo,
that's what I thought, but when I saw the manual hubby gave me, it was simple enough for a beginner. So, gonna try them out. It might just help me relax :)

Yoga is really good.. I used to attend classes in the gym until I moved to Shah Alam, too far from the gym, I cancelled my membership..

I even did pre-natal yoga when I was pregnant with Zara.. really feel good after every session..

Now I wonder when I can go back to it.

Try to maintain your yoga excercise.. I'm sure you'll get fit and feel good after that.

zara's mama,
Hmmm, seems like many has practised yoga and felt good. These feedbacks looks like a good start for me.

I have no time for gym anymore. The kids seem to wait for me everyday. I am gonna do it at home. Don't wonder any more, why don't you try it at home too? :P

The pregnancy yoga set 1,2,3,4 is superb. I practiced them when I had bb, it was a very short labour. Worth practising. Very easy to follow yoga steps.
