How does that sound? Crazy idea? Yeap. That's what I felt when B told me that he was gonna get me orchids for my Christmas gift. Of all things, orchids?
On the way to my SILs for niece's birthday ...
Apps : Yeah, orchids.. Wasn't it something you wanted?
Amms : Yeap. But its not fair. Who buys orchids as gifts?
Apps : I feel like that is the best gift for you. You wanted more orchids, right? Its better to get something you want, than to get something you don't use.
Amms : Actually, you're right. I would love to have those orchids. I need to fill up my empty slots in my orchid stand. I think the orchids is a good gift.
Hehehehe, I agreed with B. It was actually a good gift. This passion for gardening hit me few months ago. Since then, B has been making frequent visits to the nusery, on my request ;) So, no other gifts will be better than to add more colours to my garden.
Considering that he had already got me special gifts for birthday last week, and I didn't need anything else at this moment, orchids are just 'perfect'.
By the way, he got me a pair of sun-glasses. I think this pair suits me better than the previous one. For that, I have to thank Champion, coz' he accidentally broke the previous one. All B's fault! He left my glasses in a reachable place in the car, and Champion HAD to try it on.
So, then I come to another headache. What do I get B for Christmas? Not another car! No, no, not a new Honda or a Toyota. He has got this miniature car collection. And he loves any gifts of cars. But I am getting bored of getting him cars. My recent one was a metal and wooden car from my trip to Cyprus. Two?! Nah, its okay. All for the love of apps :) Hmmm, this year have to think of something else! And I have only 2 days before Christmas?! Arrggghh!
